Award-winning writer Amy Gross is the grammar geek behind CopyRight Editing.
Amy is one of those people obsessed with ferreting out grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. Worrying about a misplaced modifier will keep her up at night. Seriously. She also admits to reading style books on writing for fun.
Amy has a B.A. in English and Writing from Drew University, and a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. She is the editor-in-chief of an architectural and lifestyle magazine called Su Casa and contributes to several other magazines as a copy editor and writer.
When she’s not ferociously scouring copy for passive verbs and misused apostrophes, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and their bevy of pets. She's a fiend for travel, home improvement, and science fiction, and enjoys helping aspiring authors bring their dreams of publication to fruition.
